Zhejiang Jingxing Gear Motor Co., Ltd. is located in Shangyu district of Shaoxing city. Shangyu district is an outstanding place with obvious advantages because it boasts expressway, high-speed railway, canal, port and national-class development zone, and these four places—Shangyu, Shanghai city, Hangzhou city and Ningbo city have the effect of same city. This company was formed in July 2002 after the reform and rebuilding of an old state-owned enterprise cooperating with a ministry. It inherits the long-term accumulated technical achievements of that old enterprise, accepts its main technology, management and production backbone, and keeps more than 40 years of R&D and manufacturing experience of gearbox and motor.
